König Boat is a contemporary satirical drag king theater show that explores contemporary themes of climate change, technological innovation, corporate greed and human survival through a gender curious and critical lens.
"Berlin, 2424. As the polar caps are melting and the rent is rising, more and more people are exchaning their life on land for a life at sea. A special team of researchers and engineers have come up with a new type of boat: a ‘roboat', powered by the ancient technology of AI to provide all the comforts of life on land at sea.
The new sailors Faux and Buba get ready to row, row, row their roboat, and look forward for their journey. But who is the mysterious data hungry captain? How many tests does a sailor need to pass before being allowed to sail into the sunset? And how much of the captain’s cookies are the sailors willing to accept?"

Every 3rd weekend of the month SUNDAY + MONDAY at Tipsy Bear Berlin (Eberwalderstrasse 21, Berlin) you can see König dragshow. Each show has 2 passes so you can pick the day that is best for you to come!
Every month there is a new storyline where two fresh Kings perform for the first time. The show is hosted by Buba Sababa together with a first time Drag King Host.
All the numbers are connected together in a storyline making a combination between drag show and theatre.
